RESALES

To buy one of our domain names, simply e-mail us and we'll get the ball rolling. We will redirect the domain name to your servers within 24-hours. You will then have 15-days to complete the transaction by mailing us payment in full. If we do not receive payment, on time, we will stop the redirection of the domain name.

The purchase process occurs by snail mail and initiation of the transfer of the domain name occurs within 72-hours of receipt of payment and your technical transfer information. We are not responsible for technical issues on your end. 

[Technical Note: Most of our domain names are on GoDaddy Accounts. If you have Godaddy, the transfer process will be quicker.]

RENTALS

Pricing

The monthly rental fee for all domains is locked in for 12-months (the price will not go up). After 12-months, we generally raise the rental fee based on inflation and other market factors and will inform you of any cost increase within 90-days (before the increase takes effect).

Prepaid Discount Program

If you prepay the rent, you can lock in the rental cost for up to 3-years (you choose how many months).

How To Get Started Fast!

Renting a domain is easy. Just email us. Agree to the terms, conditions and monthly rental fee by e-mail. In 24-hours we will redirect your domain name to the servers of your choice. You will then have 15 business days to snail mail us the signed agreement and payment. After that, just keep sending us payments monthly (in advance of the monthly expiration date--we recommend keeping a prepaid balance at all times of 2 months so as to avoid interruptions of service).

Rent to Buy Program

Under the rent to buy program, you can lock in your total domain price for 2-years. You will need a 10% downpayment. After that, you can send us any amount over and above your monthly rental fee and we will credit it toward the total purchase price. You will have 2-years to pay the total price. For each month of rental during this period, we will grant you a 10% rental fee credit to be applied toward the total purchase price. If you fail to meet your obligations for 3 consecutive months, we will renegotiate the total price or issue you a 50% refund of any monies you have prepaid (we keep the rest to cover our costs).

[NOTE: We recommend that you always complete the terms of the sake and buy the domain as planned so that you do not lose any value and can later resell the domain to recapture any losses. However, your contract become terminated once you have failed to make any payments for 90 days plus 1-day grace period. Only those who are serious about owning a domain name should commit to this program.]
